每当你看见新月 就是我们的斋月
Yo they sighted the moon  its Ramadan!
我将有个打算  在来去匆匆的斋月前
Now I gotta plan   before it has come and gone
举意花更多的时间去接近安拉
Getting close to Allah   spend a lot of time
如同使用超声波一样来检查自己的心脏
Check the condition of my heart   like a sonogram
嗯 每个人都知道将要斋戒
Uh… Everybody knows that we gotta fast
但是否每个人都清楚时间是如何流逝？
But does everybody knows how the time is passed?
是否像整天整夜睡眠那样逝去？
Is it sleeping all of the day and the night's a blast?
而忘了斋月的回赐有多么的巨大
And forgetting the reward of the month is vast?
我知道你也会醒来  对吧
I know you gonna wake-up   right ?
喝水吃饭并做晨礼
Drinking water maybe bean-pie    praying at sunrise….
白天斋戒  坚定地恪守着迪尼(完美的生活制度)
Fast in the day   keeping that deen tight
开斋吃点枣  晚上要礼泰勒威哈拜
Breaking fast with some dates   taraweeh at night

好吧 这是一个多么吉庆的月份
Alright   it’s a blessed month
但开斋饭结束后并不意味着你就能玩乐
It doesn’t mean at iftar  that you can have fun
你内心的挣扎 只为你唯一的主宰
But strive in your heart   for your Lord the one
当斋月完满后 求主赐福你
And be Blessed by Allah   when the month is done

每次四分钟前  老妈还在敲门
Four minutes left   Mom busts in the door   like
快起来 不然你要错过封斋饭了
Get yourself up   you about to miss Suhur
土耳其培根都在盘子里  可我还在抱怨
Turkey bacon on the plate but I’m beefing
他们坐在这儿吃着  我却站在这儿睡着
I'm up here sleeping   when they’re down here eating
这样的场景让我记忆犹新
Scenes like this   it makes me reminisce
这就是我年幼时的斋月状况
What it meant growing up with Ramadan as a kid
我的朋友在便利店买了很多东西
My homie’s buying up the corner store 
现在或着迟点 喝了四分之一的水
Now or later  Quarter Waters
我们八点开斋 可现在才四点差一刻
We break at eight but its quarter to four
他们被恶搞  诸如 哦 耶 他还在封斋
They got jokes   like oh yeah he is fasting
还有赐福和天堂永恒的一些事
Something about blessings   heaven everlasting
像我的朋友费德斯熟悉我 就问
Asking like the Feds up on me 
哥们  让我真诚的问你  你饿吗？
But dude  let me ask you for real is you hungry?
白天的饥渴使我的罪恶
A hunger for the day when the sins on my slate
如同我盘中无食一样
be as empty as the food on my plate
如果你被恶搞  就是这种滋味
And if you got jokes   man here is a taste 
让斋戒者气息吹上脸庞
Take a little fasters breath to the face

Mosques is packed with a huge congregation
有些人只是每年例行来参观
Some just come as an annual visitation
有些人只是听听诵经声
Some just come for the hum of the recitation
这些都是出乎意料的记忆
Memorization of revelation
少点诱惑 多点沉思
Less temptation  with more contemplation
为庆祝斋月做好准备
Getting ready for the Eid celebration
让我们一起握手表达问候
Shake a lot of hands giving salutations
赛俩目  主的平安在你之上
Salaam Alaykum   peace upon the nations
同一个世界    忘掉隔阂
The world is one   forget the segregation
不同的斋月    我们齐声祝贺

1.Taraweeh refers to extra congregational prayers performed by Muslims at night in the Islamic month of Ramadan(即：斋月晚上的泰勒威哈拜）
2.Suhur:A pre-dawn breakfast before the daylight fast during Ramadan （封斋饭）
3.Fitna: The Arabic title-word "fitna" means "disagreement and division among people" or a "test of faith in times of trial".(分歧    分裂或在困难时期对信仰的试炼）
4.Deen: is a submission   following and worship by man for the creator   the ruler   the subjugator in a comprehensive system of life with all its belief   intellectual   moral and practical aspects.（在理智，道德及实践等方面对造物主的服从）
